Located in a prime spot in the city, the hotel offered easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were sparkling clean. In addition, the efficient washing machines were a great plus. The hotel's lovely Japanese breakfast with a broad range of tasty dishes was another highlight.

The bed was extremely large and took up too much space for a single person. Furthermore, the bathroom doors had no hooks to hang clothes or towels, which was frustrating. Despite these small flaws, overall, it was a great Christmas stay, and it did not detract from the excellent services and facilities offered by the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel in this city. Best aspects included cleanliness, helpful staff, great location opposite the castle, and easy transportation with a tram station right in front. The hotel facilities were also modern and convenient, including washing machines that could wash and dry clothes. We enjoyed the Japanese breakfast with many different items to choose from.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right across from the castle and near a bustling shopping street. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English very well. They made me feel welcome and took care of all my needs. The room was spotless and had modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed. I was also impressed by the bathroom, which had all the necessary toiletries and a beautiful view of the castle. the quality of service and the luxurious feel of this place made my stay here truly memorable.
